Each WŸG wig is handmade using the finest quality materials, with exceptional care and craftsmanship. Due to the intimate nature of wigs and our commitment to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any wig purchases unless the item is faulty.

UK Orders



All sales are final. However, if your wig arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact page with clear photographs and your order number. If approved, we will arrange a repair or replacement.


To be eligible for review, the wig must:


  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have the original WŸG tag still attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging



We do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect colour selection, or improper fit. Please ensure you are confident in your choice before placing an order. We are happy to assist you prior to purchase if you need help choosing.

International Orders (USA)



We are delighted to offer secure, tracked shipping of our ready-to-wear collection to the USA.


Please note: All international sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any international orders unless the item is proven to be faulty upon arrival.


Customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office if needed.

Bespoke Orders



All bespoke wigs are custom-made and strictly non-refundable. A 70% deposit is required at the time of ordering, with the remaining balance due upon completion.


During your fitting and final collection appointment, you will be asked to review and approve your bespoke wig’s:


  • Fit
  • Hair colour
  • Hairline and style
  • Density and finish



Once approved and collected, the order is considered final.

Faulty Items



In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a detailed description. We will review the case and offer a suitable resolution
