WŸG Terms & Conditions

1. 

Introduction

WŸG is a trading name of Cotswold Hair Clinic Ltd. By purchasing from WŸG, you agree to the terms below. These policies protect both the customer and our artisanship as a luxury bespoke wig provider.

2. 

Bespoke Orders

All bespoke wigs are custom-made and non-refundable.

Once the order is confirmed and work has begun, the deposit and any subsequent payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Customisation includes hairline replication, measurements, personalised colours, lengths, and styling.

A clear photo is required for personalised hairline design.

Turnaround is typically 6–10 weeks, though this may vary based on complexity and material availability.

3. 

Ready-Made Wigs

Wigs from our ready-made collection may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us within the 7-day window.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Once inspected and approved, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued.

Any signs of wear, lace cutting, or product alteration will void the return.

4. 

Payments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a bespoke order.

Final payment is due before dispatch or upon completion of a fitting.

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We accept secure online payment via Shopify and card terminal in-store.

5. 

VAT Relief

Clients purchasing a wig for medical hair loss (e.g. alopecia, chemotherapy) may be eligible for VAT exemption under HMRC guidelines.

A completed VAT relief form is required at checkout to apply.

If the form is not submitted, VAT will be charged.

6. 

Wig Maintenance & Care

Maintenance is not included with the purchase.

Clients are advised to return after 6 months (or sooner if needed) for washing, re-styling, or adding hair.

Maintenance is charged at £75/hour plus VAT, with an estimate provided before work begins.

Washing and styling is priced separately.

7. 

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using tracked, insured services.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and wig type (bespoke or ready-made).

WŸG is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

8. 

Intellectual Property

All photography, branding, and product designs remain the intellectual property of WŸG and Cotswold Hair Clinic Ltd.

Reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. 

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the wig care guidelines provided.

Failure to follow aftercare may result in premature wear or damage.

Bespoke wigs are made to the customer’s specifications; WŸG is not liable if dissatisfaction arises from changes in taste or expectations.
